Possibility for own use:
The advantage of the project is that as an owner you can use your own apartment as often as you want. The regulations are written so that the income of other owners is not affected. The advantage is that you can still deduct 100% VAT after purchasing the property. You can find more information in the principles for own use – from the market price there is a 30% discount for owners in the high season and 50% in the low season. The sale price includes a parking space in the basement and all inventory. Resort Rauris is a truly unique project located in a quiet area. Prices at the beginning of 2021 increased by 6%, because the developer had the basement enlarged and there are many other technical perfections in each apartment.
There are currently 3 types of apartments on offer:
Type 50 – apartments have an area of approximately 65 square meters and are suitable for 2-4 people. The apartments will be delivered to the owners on a turnkey basis. Prices from 348 860 € all-inclusive (excluding VAT).
Type 75 – these beautifully spacious apartments with more than 90 m2 are suitable for 4 – 6 people. They are equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Spacious kitchen and fantastic living room with mountain views. There is a possibility to place another sofa bed / folding bed. This ultra-luxurious variant ensures that the apartment is enlarged and then it can be used for 6-8 people. Prices from 494 000,00 € (without VAT).
Type 100 – with more than 120 m2 these are the most spacious, luxury apartments on offer for 6 to 8 people. You can also put extra beds here and accommodate up to 10 people. They include three bedrooms and a bathroom. These apartments have an extra large kitchen and offer plenty of space. Prices from 648 000 € (without VAT).
Return on investment:
The average return is around 7.2 to 9% per year and this is a truly unique project. Not only do you now have your own space, but you also get a good return every year.

The purchase cost is approximately 10% of the gross purchase price, as a standard process of buying Austrian real estate.
