Beautiful comfortable private stone Provencal Villa and private pool located in the gated park of Sansovino – 1.5 km (walk) from Martinez Beach and the Boulevard de la Croisette .The Bus stop is located 120 meters from our home with bus to and from town. Casino Supermarket (1.2km walk) or Intermarche (1.4km walk) , shopping, restaurants and bars on Rue D,Antibes (1.6 km walk),“Palais des Festivals“ „Congres de Cannes“ (2.3 km walk) or drive and park in the many public parking garages P.

The space
Its a home away from home close to the center of Cannes yet nestled up on the wooded hill of the prestigious La Californie neighborhood.
On the upper level it features an entrance hall, living and dining area,and a fully fitted kitchen. There are two patio terrace areas on the upper level,one off the dining and kitchen area that leads down to the pool and another off the living room both have lovely views and can be used for outdoor dining. Our home has both Air-conditioning/heating with 3 bedrooms, two with bath/shower-room, one with shower-room, and 2 toilets (Please note bedroom 3 can either be set up as 3 single beds or 1 King and 1 Single bed) All bedroom have shutters and exterior doors have security gates.
We supply towels and linen for your convenience however beach/pool towels are extra please let us know in advance if you require extra towels.

Direct access to the center of Cannes by bus (6B) with the bus stop only 120 meters away at Avenue du Grand Pre. Check Palmbus website for timetable.
1.6 km walk to Rue Antibes
1.5 km walk to Beach and Martinez and Grand Hyatt Hotel and the Boulevard de la Croisette.
If catching the Airport Bus from Nice – Cannes, you can reach the Villa in 8 min by taxi or 15 min by bus from drop off location by the Vieux Port (Old Port).
1.2 km – Bakery, gas station, pharmacy, green grocer and coffee shop
Supermarket – Casino 1.2 km and Intermarche 1.4 km walk.
Public 25 m swimming pool „Picine Montfleury“ and public Tennis courts 650 m walk from our home. Yoga studio Calmyoga.fr a 2 min walk or 120 m.

Our home is a 2 story home with steps. Our kitchen is well equipped and there are the basics above tea, coffee, milk etc. We just ask you replace any staples you may get close to depleting..such as olive oil or such. We have neighbors and request that you keep any unusually loud noise to a minimum between 10pm – 7am, as France has a noise ordinance and tenant will be responsible for any fines they may incur.

Please let us know if you will be driving your own vehicle so we can direct you where to park when you arrive as well as give you the gate access code prior to arrival.

Other things to note
Please take care and go slow on the driveway as it is a shared single lane and right of way may have to be given.
Please note our pool is deep with only a step and no shallow end- so only recommended for swimmers.
Our terraces are at a perfect location to view the bay of Cannes fireworks during the festival and Congres seasons of Cannes as well as a lovely view of the historic Castle „Le Suquet“.
