A well-connected ski resort suited for all
One of the most popular resorts in the French Alps, this charming Alpine village has great ski infrastructure and boasts easy access to the 650km of pistes which make up the vast Portesd u Soleil ski domain. An hour’s drive from Geneva Airport, Les Gets is very well served by public transport, both local and international, making it a strong tourist destination with a healthy rental market. The resort also benefits from the Famille Plus Label which recognises the most dynamic and family-friendly cities in France.
Typical Savoyard architecture
The village has individual chalets and residential complexes perfectly integrated into their Alpine environment. Local farms, chalets, barns and modern residences emulate the architecture of traditional chalets and are built from local materials.
A dynamic year-round resort
Take a moment to decompress in the heart of this bustling Alpine village lined with beautiful shops and a great selection of restaurants to choose from. On average, Les Gets has an occupancy rate of 80% on average (winter season 2018-2019) and sees gradual increases each year. A family resort, Les Gets is an intergenerational destination that attracts tourists yearround. It is not uncommon to see occupancy rates of 50% in summer thanks in part to the many activities organised by the village. Despite the effects of the pandemic, summer 2020 was a strong season for Les Gets with occupancy rates climbing to 80%.
A village committed to the environment
Les Gets has been developing an ecotourism strategy for several years and executes actions that aim to promote and to preserve its mountain environment: semi-pedestrian zone, carpooling, electric terminals, electric mountain bike rentals are among the measures and actions implemented.
Overlooking the village

The action of the village centre is easily accessible too as it is just a few minutes away by car and there is a complimentary shuttle bus stop moments away from the project. La Turche has a selection of local amenities too, such as ski shops and a restaurant/ hotel, which are within walking distance of the development.
At the foot of the slopes, La Turche district
La Turche
It is in this small residential hamlet that La Ferme des Pistes will be built. Its ski-in ski-out location at the foot of the slopes gives it an undeniable advantage. Within a walking distance, ski enthusiasts will have direct access to the chairlift of La Turche. The Perrières Express chairlift is a three-minute drive away and the Chavannes Express chairlift is a fiveminute drive away going towards the centre of the village where a variety of shops and restaurants are also located.
Route de La Turche
Quietly located on the edge of the Arpettaz stream, this neighbourhood enjoys a residential and intimate environment. Meaning the “small passage”, La Turche calls to mind a forest road of days gone by, offering beautiful views of the peaks of the Arve Valley.
An exclusive environment
Next to a renowned restaurant
A stone’s throw from the project is a well-known address in the resort: La Ferme de Montagne. Formerly a farm, this traditional inn has been renovated with care. The restaurant delights gastronomers with delicate dishes created with organic, fresh and local products. Just a few steps from La Ferme de Montagne, the project is being built on the neighbouring land, with respect for the Alpine environment and the continuity of the Savoyard architecture. In addition to the hotel/restaurant, a ski shop and a bus top are just a few steps away from the project.
La Ferme des Pistes
La Ferme des Pistes fits perfectly into the existing environment, in harmony with the land and overlooking the Route de La Turche. Facing north-west and south-east, the residence will benefit from exceptional unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains.
Understated and elegant Alpine architecture
The architecture of the building will respect the codes and customs of Alpine construction by using a traditional wooden frame and local stone. The style and pitch of the facades and roofs punctuate the architecture. Discover living spaces that are both authentic and minimalist in an intimate residential complex.
